Business strategy – Helping clients decide what is the best purpose for their site. If it is selling products online, directing customers to the store, or communicating information to the right people. I can assist with integrating their current business model onto the web.

Site Audits – An evaluation of the client’s current site based on best practices and known user behaviours. The report looks at website navigation, content and writing, readability, page layout and consistency and recommends certain actions.

Testing – Working with end users to see how your target market likes the site. If they can find information easily and if they accomplish the goals you have set out for them.
 

Accessibility – A review of your site in relation to the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) with recommendations to improve.

Internet Marketing Strategies – Working with your current business and communications plan, I can create a detailed plan to execute these strategies online using various sites and tools, based on your target markets.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Research competitors and suppliers sites, select a set of key words for separate pages, and optimize content to relate with your keywords, generating higher organic rankings.
 
Pay Per Click (PPC) – Set up PPC advertising campaigns and tracking systems (Google Analytics) for all sites described in the marketing plan.
 
Email Marketing – Set up an email marketing tool and develop a schedule to send out information to customers. Assist in development of the customer lists and develop a template for the email itself.

Statistics & Analytics – Set up Google Analytics to capture all statistics for the site, ads and email campaigns. If possible a back-up statistical system should be set up through the hosting company to compare data.

Contests, Promotions, Collection of Data – Design a form to collect data on your customers, a contest is a good way to collect this information with very little effort.

Social Media – Create a social media strategy and follow certain guidelines to make it a professional approach. Integration with traditional advertising and pr is a must.  Assisting clients with various tools to allow for easy maintenance for all platforms, Twitter, FB, Blog, etc.

Webmaster Service – The love and care department for all your clients. I can make sure all your sites are looking good. Sometimes end users can update using the incorrect fonts, colours, or images that are too large for the site.  I can also schedule daily or weekly updates described in a client’s business plan.
